Most frequent questions and answers
No, we operate through Agent Field Officers (AFOs) in each market. We meet our customers in their selling points
No, we do not disburse loans to individuals. We use the group and association lending structure
We only lend to women. We only lend to women in a well defined markets (not shops along the streets)
Minimum loan amount = N20,000 and Maximum loan amount = N100,000
Minimum loan tenor = One month and Maximum loan tenor = Two months
5% flat per month. There are no other charges other than that
